WarmedUpp.com Referral Program Terms

Version RF-2026-09-27 · Effective September 27, 2026

WarmedUpp.com is operated by Peanut Butter Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 433 Plaza Real, Boca Raton FL 33432; mailing address 11426 NW 81st Pl, Parkland FL 33076. These terms govern the WarmedUpp referral program. Contact support@warmedupp.com with questions.

1. Agreement and how these terms fit with others

You accept these Referral Program Terms for your business when you choose "Get my referral link" in your buyer account. The person who accepts confirms that they may act for the business. We record the version accepted, who accepted it, when, and the network address used.

In these terms, the "referrer" is the buyer business that shares a link or code, a "referred business" is a business that signs up with that link or code, and a "bonus" is the credit the referrer earns.

These terms add to the Buyer Agreement, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; they do not amend the Buyer Agreement. On the referral program, these terms control. On lead use, confidentiality and data security, the Buyer Agreement controls.

2. Who can refer

An approved buyer business in good standing that has accepted these terms can refer. When a bonus is due, the referrer must still be approved and in good standing and its code must still be active; otherwise we hold the referral for review.

We may disable a code, for example after misuse. After that, no new signups count for it, and referrals still open on it are held for review.

3. Who counts as a referred business

A referred business must:

  • sign up for a new buyer account with your link or code. The code in the sign-up form's referral field when the form is submitted decides the referral: a code typed in replaces one filled in from a link, and an empty field means no referral. The referral is fixed at sign-up and is never added, moved or changed later;
  • be new to WarmedUpp: no email address it signs up with may already be registered on WarmedUpp. We compare addresses in a normalised form, for example ignoring capital letters, "+" tags and, for Gmail, dots;
  • not be your own business.

We treat a referral as not eligible if the referred business signs up with an email address that is already registered, or tops up with a payment card your business has used. We may hold a referral for review for other signals, such as matching business or trading names, shared network addresses, several sign-ups on one code in a short time, payment-card or payment-risk checks, or a refunded or disputed top-up.

A referred business earns one bonus at most, for one referrer. The referred business itself receives nothing under this program.

4. How a referral qualifies

  1. Approval. The referred business's buyer account must be approved. If it is not approved within 60 days after sign-up, the referral expires.
  2. Top-ups. Within 14 days after the referred business's account is first approved, it must add at least $200 in total to its marketplace wallet by card, after subtracting any refunded or disputed top-ups. Any number of top-ups counts. A top-up started within the 14 days counts if our payment processor confirms it within 48 hours after the period ends.
  3. What does not count. Wallet credits, return credits, bonuses and other promotional credits do not count toward the $200.

5. The bonus

Amount. The bonus is the higher of the bonus amount in force when the referred business signed up and the amount in force when it qualifies. Your Referrals tab shows the current amount.

When it is paid. We pay the bonus automatically once every top-up counted toward the $200 has been confirmed for at least 72 hours and no hold applies. While the program is paused, or while lead purchasing on the marketplace is paused, payment waits until it resumes.

What it is. The bonus is non-cash credit added to your marketplace wallet. It can be used only toward lead purchases on the WarmedUpp marketplace. It has no cash value and does not expire. It cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, including when your account closes or when we return deposited money you have not spent.

Spending order. When you buy a lead, promotional credit in your wallet, such as referral bonuses, is used before money you deposited.

Later refunds. If the referred business receives a refund, or disputes a top-up with its card issuer, after we have paid your bonus, we do not take the bonus back.

Reversal for fraud. We may reverse a bonus, in whole or in part, if we find that it was obtained by fraud, such as a fake, duplicate or borrowed account or false information. Only the marketplace owner can make a reversal, after reviewing the case by hand, and we tell you by email when we do. A bonus is never reversed automatically, and never because of a refund.

Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to bonuses you receive.

6. Reviews and decisions

We may hold any referral for review. The marketplace owner reviews held referrals and either pays or denies them; a denied referral is final. The owner may also reconsider a referral marked not eligible.

Your Referrals tab shows each referral's status but not the reasons for a hold or a decision, because those can involve another business's information. If you think a referral was marked not eligible by mistake, contact support@warmedupp.com and we will review it.

7. Sharing rules

You may share your link or code directly with people you know, and on your own website or social media accounts. When you share it:

  • do not send unsolicited bulk email, text messages, calls or direct messages. You are responsible for following the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state law for every message you send. We never send invitations on your behalf;
  • say that you receive a credit when you recommend WarmedUpp publicly, for example "I get a credit if you sign up";
  • do not make false or misleading statements about WarmedUpp, its leads, prices, results or funding, do not promise results, and do not say that you speak for WarmedUpp;
  • do not run paid advertising that uses the WarmedUpp name or brand, and do not post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites;
  • do not refer yourself, use fake, duplicate or borrowed accounts, or pay or reward anyone to sign up or top up;
  • do not use lead information you bought, which is Protected Information under the Buyer Agreement, to find or contact people to refer.

Breaking these rules may lead to holds, denied referrals, a disabled code, or action under the Terms of Service and the Buyer Agreement.

8. Privacy

What you see about a referred business: the first name of its sign-up contact; a masked email address showing the first letter and the domain (for example j•••@example.com); whether its account is approved; its top-up progress toward $200 and the days left; and whether and when a bonus was paid. You also see how many times your link was opened.

What we check: to run the program and prevent abuse, we compare normalised email addresses and business names; the network (IP) addresses used at sign-up, at acceptance of these terms and in active sessions; browser details; a keyed hash of the card fingerprint our payment processor derives from a card number (we never receive or store the card number); and our payment processor's risk information for each payment.

Invite-link cookie: opening an invite link can set a cookie that remembers the code for 30 days so the sign-up form can fill it in. See our Cookie Notice.

The Privacy Policy explains this processing for referrers and referred businesses.

9. Changes, pauses and ending the program

Changes. We may change these terms, the bonus amount or the program by publishing a new version with a new date and showing it in the Referrals tab. A change applies to referred businesses that sign up after it takes effect. A referral already signed up keeps the terms in force at its sign-up, and still receives a higher bonus amount if one is in force when it qualifies. Sharing your link after a change takes effect means you accept the changed terms for new referrals.

Pauses. We may pause the program. A pause delays checking and payment but never shortens a referred business's 14-day top-up period; referrals already in progress are checked when the program resumes.

Ending. If we end the program, we will say so in the Referrals tab with the end date. Referred businesses that signed up before we announce the end keep their top-up period, and are paid under these terms if they qualify.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes about the program are resolved as section 14 of the Buyer Agreement provides. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Contact support@warmedupp.com, or write to 11426 NW 81st Pl, Parkland FL 33076.
