WarmedUpp.com Refund Policy
Version RP-2026-09-24 · Effective September 24, 2026
WarmedUpp.com is operated by Peanut Butter Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 433 Plaza Real, Boca Raton FL 33432; mailing address 11426 NW 81st Pl, Parkland FL 33076. Contact support@warmedupp.com about a purchase or return. This policy explains lead returns under the Buyer Agreement, version BA-2026-09-24. Approved lead returns receive wallet credit, subject to any other remedy required by law.
1. Your return window
The return window for a lead purchase is 24 hours from when the purchased lead file is made available to your account, as section 7.2 of the Buyer Agreement sets. The window is fixed when you buy; a later settings change does not shorten or extend it.
The clock starts when the purchased lead file is made available to your account, not when you first open or download it. Your purchase record shows the delivery-based deadline. Submit your completed request no later than that deadline. If access is delayed, the clock starts when access is provided. Report a charge without usable delivery promptly so we can investigate.
2. Reasons and evidence
The available reasons are:
- Phone disconnected or wrong: Explain what was wrong with the supplied phone contact and provide supporting evidence.
- Business denies asking for financing: Provide evidence of the business's denial of the financing request.
- Already funded before the sale: Provide evidence that the business was already funded before your purchase.
- Information materially inaccurate: Identify the materially inaccurate information and what the evidence shows was true when sold.
Every request needs a written explanation and supporting proof. The form requires at least 50 characters of explanation and between one and ten evidence files. It accepts supported image, PDF and audio formats, with a limit of 25 MB per file as shown in the form. A dated message, screenshot, call log or lawfully obtained recording may help establish the issue. Evidence must support the selected reason; attaching a file alone does not establish a right to credit. We may request clarification.
Only submit information you may lawfully provide. Redact unrelated account numbers, transactions, identity information and other people's details. Do not create an unlawful recording to support a request or send full bank statements through ordinary email.
A lack of response, a later change of mind, an unsuccessful financing outcome or ordinary competition on a shared lead does not alone establish one of these reasons. You may still present evidence of a listed defect, and remedies required by law remain available.
3. Submitting a request
Use the return facility for the purchase, select the reason, enter the explanation, attach the evidence and submit. Check that the request is recorded as submitted. Selecting a reason or uploading evidence alone does not submit the request or extend the deadline. You may have only one open request for the same purchase; a purchase already returned cannot receive another return credit through this process.
If a technical failure prevents a timely submission, contact support@warmedupp.com before the deadline with your purchase identifier and explanation. We will provide a secure way to supply proof and preserve the time of that report. Do not email sensitive documents.
4. Review and wallet credit
The marketplace owner reviews your explanation and evidence and approves or denies the request. Submission does not guarantee approval. We record the decision in your account. An approved return normally credits the price you paid to your marketplace wallet. A partial credit must state its amount and reason and cannot exceed the purchase price. Contact support@warmedupp.com if relevant evidence was missed.
Approved lead returns are wallet credits rather than refunds to a card or bank account, except where law requires another remedy. Wallet credit may be used for eligible marketplace purchases. Questions about money you deposited that you have not spent go to support@warmedupp.com. It does not remove mandatory refund, payment-dispute or other legal rights.
5. What happens to the lead
An approved return, including a partial credit, revokes your access and permission to use the lead and permanently removes it from further sale. Stop using the information and follow the Buyer Agreement's deletion and lawful-retention rules for your copies.
That return alone does not revoke other buyers' existing purchases. An open request alone does not stop remaining shared buys or create a credit.
A merchant opt-out of marketplace sharing or other suppression separately ends every buyer's access to the entire lead file, including contact information, application fields and documents. This includes prior exclusive and shared purchasers. Access loss does not remotely delete downloaded copies; the Buyer Agreement's stop-use and information-handling duties still apply.
When a merchant opts out, every buyer loses access to that lead file. Any credit in that case is decided case by case by the marketplace owner, and any remedy required by law remains available.
6. Card disputes of wallet top-ups
A wallet top-up is a payment into your marketplace wallet, not a purchase of a particular lead. If you dispute a top-up with your card issuer, we may suspend your account (you will not be able to sign in or buy) and deduct the disputed top-up from your wallet balance. Approved returns are paid as wallet credit only; we do not refund cards. Contact support@warmedupp.com before disputing a charge so we can look into it.
7. Policy changes
The Buyer Agreement controls if these documents conflict. The accepted purchase terms govern a completed sale; an updated policy does not retroactively shorten its return rights. Legal requirements, merchant revocations and necessary security restrictions may still affect access to information already delivered.
